How is the After sales service of Thomson TV?
After sales Service of Thomson brand is not so good because a lot of users are facing problem while talking to customer care.
Review of one user is here –
Thomson tv I bought 2 years ago started showing problems and finally last month the diplay went wrong and it was not showing anything and only sound was coming but then after some days the display came but it was showing with some lines between.
Finally I contacted the customer care and they sent me a jeeves technician and he told me that the diplay was gone and to replace that the price would be nearly equal to that of the tv. With the diplay replacing price you could buy a new 32 inch samsung or lg led tv.
Whatever you do do not buy the low cost brands as they just use bad materials and are not durable and you will face double the loss also some new entrants like motorola and nokia etc are trying their hand in the tv industry and have good sales also they don’t have any experience in the field. I would say buying those would be at your own risk as for features and cost you are compromising the durability of the TV. Shell out a bit more and you can get a good TV set and then thank yourself later.
How you can choose good TV models?
Certainly! Here are some things to consider when evaluating the quality of a television:
- Display quality: The display is one of the most important aspects of a TV, and it can greatly impact the overall viewing experience. Look for a TV with a high resolution (such as 4K or 8K) and a high refresh rate (such as 120Hz) for a clear and smooth image. Additionally, consider the type of display technology used, such as OLED or LED-LCD, as each has its own advantages and disadvantages.
- Audio quality: The built-in speakers on a TV can greatly affect the audio experience, so it is important to consider the audio quality when purchasing a TV. Look for a TV with good sound quality, or consider purchasing a separate sound system if the built-in speakers are not sufficient.
- Size and design: The size and design of the TV will depend on your personal preferences and the size of your viewing space. Consider the size of the TV in relation to the distance you will be sitting from it, as well as the size and layout of your room. Additionally, consider the design of the TV, such as the bezel size and the overall aesthetic.
- Features: TVs today come with a wide range of features, such as smart capabilities, built-in streaming apps, and voice control. Consider which features are important to you and whether the TV you are considering has them.
- Price: The price of a TV can vary greatly depending on the brand, model, size, and features. Determine your budget and look for a TV that offers the features and quality that you need within that budget.
I hope this information is helpful! Remember to do your research and read reviews to get a better understanding of the quality of a specific TV model.
